Extended Warranty (Per Machine)

The Puff Stand Extended Warranty provides core protection for your Puff Stand machines, covering remote diagnostics and parts replacement only (no on-site service). If a covered issue cannot be resolved through parts replacement, the unit will be replaced.

What’s Included:

• Remote diagnostics within 1 business day of submitting a claim
• Replacement parts shipped with step-by-step self-installation guides
• Full machine replacement (refurbished or new) if a covered issue cannot be repaired

What’s Not Included:

• On-site labor or technician visits
• Cosmetic items or normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, power surges or irregularities, water exposure, or operation outside published specifications
• Theft or loss
• Software subscriptions or SIM/data fees

Replacement Parts

• Air shipping included within the contiguous U.S.

Full Machine Replacement

• Standard curbside freight included within the contiguous U.S.
• Additional services (liftgate, inside delivery, delivery appointments) billed at cost
• International shipments: customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and any freight overages

How It Works:

1. Submit a warranty claim with the machine’s serial number and supporting logs or photos/videos
2. Our team will review and diagnose the issue within 1 business day
3. In-stock replacement parts ship the next business day (Ground shipping by default)
   

Coverage begins after the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty expires. The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of sale or within 30 days of delivery. Warranty coverage is per machine and tied to a specific serial number.
