How long does shipping take?

How are machines shipped?
All vending machines are securely crated in wooden packaging to ensure safe transport. We use trusted freight carriers and provide tracking once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping times vary depending on customs clearance and destination.
Warranty & Support
What is covered under the warranty?
Our limited warranty covers internal components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and software functionality. It also includes the card reader and communication hardware.
What is not covered?
Vandalism, cosmetic damage, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty.
How do I request warranty service?

Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our support team. However, all payments processed through our website are subject to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment providers.
What happens if my machine has an issue?
All machines are tested before shipment. If a machine arrives with a hardware issue, our support team will assist with troubleshooting and provide replacement parts or technical support when necessary under the warranty policy.
Do you offer refunds after the machine ships?
Because vending machines are considered commercial equipment, refunds are generally not available once the machine has been shipped. However, our team will always assist with technical support and warranty coverage if needed.

Is there a software subscription fee?
Each machine includes free software access. No recurring fees.
Can I monitor my sales remotely?

Can I add an ID scanner or bill acceptor?
Yes, these are available as optional add-ons. The ID scanner ensures compliance for age-restricted sales (21+), while the bill acceptor allows cash transactions.
