Shipping times may vary depending on the model, customization, and destination.

🌎 Domestic & International Shipping

We ship worldwide using reliable freight and logistics partners.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Please note that Puff Stand is not responsible for customs delays or additional local clearance requirements.

🚚 Freight Delivery

Most machines ship via freight delivery due to their size and weight.

💥 Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If damage is visible:

  • Not it with the carrier before signing
  • Contact info@puffstand.com within 48 hours
  • Include photos or videos

We'll open a case with the carrier and work with you for a quick resolution.
