Each machine comes with a limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

  • Internal components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and control boards
  • Operating software and system functionality
  • Credit card reader and communication hardware

This warranty ensures your machine operates as expected under normal usage conditions.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Vandalism, theft, arson, or malicious activity
  • Cosmetic wear, dents, or physical abuse
  • Fire, water, or natural disasters
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering by third parties

🔧 Warranty Service

We provide:

  • Free replacement parts for covered components
  • Remote troubleshooting support from our technical team
  • Free shipping for all approved warranty repairs

💰 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The machine must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and freight costs
  • 20% restocking fee will be applied

Refunds will be processed once the machine is received and inspected by our team. 

⚠️ Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Machines damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Custom-ordered machines or units with special modifications
  • Software activation or subscription fees
  • Damages caused by shipping

To start a return or warranty claim, contact support@puffstand.com within the eligible timeframe.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

🚫Order Cancellations & Processing Fees

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our support team. However, all payments processed through our website are subject to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment providers. Because these fees are charged at the time of purchase and are not returned to us by the payment processor, any approved refund for a canceled order will be issued minus the original payment processing fees associated with the transaction. These fees vary depending on the payment method used (for example credit card payments, Shop Pay installments, or other payment options). By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that payment processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If production, preparation, or shipment of the order has already begun, additional cancellation or restocking fees may apply.
